Product Quality.

Processing your order.
If your order is placed on a weekday, it will be processed within 24hrs and dispatched within 24 hours of payment approval. If your order is placed over the weekend, processing will occur within 48 hours, and the order will be dispatched the next Monday. No shipping on Sat/Sun.

How long will it take to get my order?
You should receive your order in 2-5 business days. Most international orders are received within 3 - 7 days. Depending on the local customs in your country, some orders may take longer.

Is the packaging discreet?
All orders are shipped in plain postal bags, with no specific order details on the outside of the packaging.

What name will show on my credit card statement?
You will be billed discreetly. After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation via email with these details.

How can I pay?

How much does shipping cost?

How do I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 12hrs via email. We always strive to get your package dispatched as fast as possible and your order may already have been shipped. If this occurs, please contact our staff for authorization to return the product. You may return the unopened complete package to us within 30 days of the invoice for a refund, less 15% restocking charge.

Do you guarantee your product?
Yes. In the event of your purchase being damaged in transit, or melfunctioning in anyway, we will happily replace it free of charge. Please contacts us at the earlist, should you be requiring a replacement.
